Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because many items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel an order once production has started.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing times and delivery estimates are provided on our website as a guide only. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
